Personal
Personality: Shard can be somewhat annoying and a little arrogant at times, but he means no harm in it, at least not while growing up anyway…. He is extremely hard headed and can often be quite stubborn. He’s a good friend really, but when that comes into conflict with his chosen occupation as a Dragon Slayer things get nasty. Unlike Plad he can’t get a handle on his conflicting emotions and becomes completely obsessed with just following orders no matter what they are, even to the extent of trying to kill the one man who cared about him enough to try and fill the empty place Shard’s own father left in his life when he abandoned his wife and son.

Note: Even I’m not sure if Shard’s gonna be a good guy, bad guy or dead when this is all said and done to be honest. We’ll just have to wait and see

Backstory: Shard’s father left him and his mother when he was very young. Not long after that he met Plad and the two became as close as brothers. Plad’s dad pretty much took Shard in in the sense that he tried to be like a dad to Shard as well as his own son Plad, which is a lot of why the two boys did almost everything together and their moms became best friends too. Shard’s always had a crush on Alia, but never said anything to either of his friends because he thought Plad and Alia would make a better couple. He tried to convince Plad to join the Dragon Slayers with him, but understood Plad’s decision not to, knowing how shy and introverted he had always been.

Like I said I’m not sure how this whole situation with Shard is going to turn out, I’m trying to decide what would make for the best story. Any suggestions? Please? I’d really appreciate it, you don’t even have to really read the story to say something I mean c’mon you’ve got to admit that basic plot line’s been done like a bajillion times. So, how do you think it should it end?
